                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of January 2021

When the matter was taken up, the learned

Senior Government Pleader submitted that, the

vehicle has now being registered and the grievance

of the petitioner does not survive. The petitioner

has a further grievance that, the RC book has not

been issued to him. I am inclined to close the writ

petition, recording the above submissions. However,

there will be a direction to the fourth respondent

to release the RC book without delay.
