FOLLOWING:
 OP (FC).No.491 OF 2020

                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January, 2021

K. Vinod Chandran, J.

The petitioner seeks for early disposal of

her application for divorce pending before the Family

Court, Palakkad. The application itself was filed in

the year 2019 and the ground raised for expeditious

disposal is the desire of the petitioner to remarry.

2. We do not think that the ground stated is

sufficient to issue a positive direction for

expeditious disposal, especially noticing the fact

that there are other long pending matters before that

Court. We find no reason to entertain the writ

petition and reject the same in limine.
