                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 28th day of January 2021

The petitioner has undertaken various works

covered by Exts. P1 and P2 documents. The

grievance of the petitioner is as against the

delay in payment of Security Deposit,

Performance Guarantee etc. Pointing out all

these, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P3

representation before the second and third

respondents.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the

petitioner as well as the learned Standing

Counsel Sri. Mathews K. Philip.

In view of the limited relief sought for in

W.P.(C)No.2131 of 2021, the Writ Petition is

disposed of with a direction to the third

respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P3 WP(C).No.2131 OF 2021(N)

representation and for admissible payment

within a period of six months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
