                                      ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a review of the

judgment dated 15.12.2020 in W.P(C).No.26838 of 2020, by which the

petitioner was granted the facility of installments to discharge the

liability to the respondent bank under the Securitisation and

Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security

Interest Act, 2002. In the Review Petition, the learned counsel for the

review petitioner submits that he will not be in a position to discharge

the liability in installments, and hence, the Writ Petition itself may be

dismissed without prejudice to his right to approach the Debt Recovery

Tribunal for appropriate reliefs.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

Taking note of the averments in the Review Petition, I am inclined

to allow the Review Petition by recalling the judgment dated 15.12.2020

in W.P(C).No.26838 of 2020.
