                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of January 2021

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P2 and seeking

directions to the 4th respondent to grant approval to the

appointment order of the petitioner in view of Exts.P3, P4 and

P5. Seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner, the 5 th

respondent Corporate Manager has preferred Ext.P6 revision

petition before the 2nd respondent.

2. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,

there will be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to take up,

consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition filed by the

5th respondent with notice to the 5th respondent as well as the

petitioner and after hearing them through any appropriate

means including video conferencing within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
