                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 22nd day of January 2021

This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by

the inordinate delay in getting the result of

the DNA test conducted in order to cross match

the DNA of the 2nd petitioner with that of an

unidentified body, suspected to be the 2nd

petitioner's father.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner

submits that she has been informed by the

Police that they have received the result and

that the result is positive.

In such circumstances, nothing survives for

consideration and accordingly the Writ Petition

is closed.
