                                  JUDGMENT

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the

interim order passed on 05.01.2021, the Geologist has passed an order against the

petitioner. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without

prejudice to his right to impugn the order now passed by the Geologist in fresh

proceedings.

Taking note of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner reserved above.
