21.01.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court on

account of delay in disposing C.C.No.126 of 2014,

pending before the Kerala State Consumer Dispute

Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. The Registry of the Commission has

informed that the complainant's evidence is closed

and the matter stands posted to 03.02.2021 at the

request of the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to

file a petition for appointment of Commission to

record evidence on their side.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the first

respondent-Commission to take steps for disposal

of C.C.No.126 of 2014, within a period of three

months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
