                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th day of January 2021

The petitioner, who is presently working as a Driver in the Regional

Office of the KSFE at Attingal, has submitted Ext.P2 representation

seeking a transfer to the Regional Office at Thiruvananthapuram. It is

submitted that Ext.P2 representation is pending before the 1st respondent.

2. Having heard the learned Standing Counsel also, there will be

a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on

Ext.P2 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
