                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"(i) issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P5 revision petition and pass orders thereon after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

against the refusal to approve the appointment of the petitioner, the

petitioner has approached the Government filing Ext.P5 revision

petition and the same is pending before the Government.

4. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will be

a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders

on Ext.P5 revision petition preferred by the petitioner, with notice to

the petitioner and after hearing him, within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear

that the hearing as directed above can be conducted through any WP(C).No.1464 OF 2021

appropriate means including video conferencing.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
