                            JUDGMENT

This matter has been pending on the files of this

Court from the year 2013 onwards but nothing has been

brought on record as to the developments during the

last seven years.

2. I say so because, the prayer in this writ

petition is that directions be issued to the District

Educational Officer to pass orders sanctioning additional

divisions in Standards VI and VII of the petitioner -

School for the year 2010-2011, on the basis of the

students strength on 08.06.2010, which is the actual

date of verification of students' strength.

3. It is, therefore, obvious that grant of such

reliefs at this point of time cannot be considered,

particularly when this Court is not aware as to whether

the School has already been granted the benefits sought

for, albeit from a later date.

In the afore circumstances, I close this writ petition WP(C).No.20912 OF 2013(L)

without any further orders; however, leaving liberty to

the petitioner to seek a rehearing of this matter, if they

feel that any further orders are necessary.
