                              JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner has sought for is an

expeditious disposal of OS 10/2018 pending on the files of the Sub Court-II, Kollam.

2. The report called for through the Registry

reveals that there is yet another suit between the

parties as OS 24/2018 in relation to the same

subject matter. The plaintiff in OS 24/2018 is yet

to pay the balance court fee.

3. I dispose of this original petition

directing the trial court to expedite the suit and

to have the suit disposed of preferably before

Christmas vacation 2021.
