                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 18th day of January, 2021

K. Vinod Chandran, J.

The Police was directed to get a statement

from the alleged detenue and submit before us. A

statement has been obtained by a Woman Police

Officer from the alleged detenue. She admits the

relationship. But she says that she is not in any

illegal custody and that she is free to move

around. She also does not have any allegation

against her parents as of now.

In such circumstance, we deem it fit that

the writ petition be closed and the same is

closed.
