THIS WRIT PETITION (CRIMINAL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON
18.01.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(Crl.) No.316 of 2020

                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 18th day of January, 2021

K. Vinod Chandran, J.

The detenue was produced by her

grandfather. We interacted with the alleged detenue.

She tells us that though the allegations in the writ

petition are correct, now there is a rapprochement

between the family of the detenue and the

petitioner. As of now, the alleged detenue says

that she will go to her parental home with her

grandfather, who has accompanied her to Court, as

her family agreed to the marriage after her studies

are over.

In such circumstances, we do not deem it

fit to keep the writ petition pending and hence the

writ petition is closed.
