MFA.No.53 OF 2012

          A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE & C.S.DIAS, JJ.
             ======================
                MFA (G&W) No.53 of 2012
             ======================
          Dated this the 15th day of January, 2021.

                         JUDGMENT

C.S.DIAS, J.

The appellant was the respondent in OP No. 878/2008

of the Family Court, Palakkad. The respondent in the appeal

was the petitioner in the above original petition.

2. Being aggrieved by the order dated 15.2.2012

passed by the Family Court granting interim custody of the

minor child of the couple, namely, Shabila Jasmin who was

aged 7 years in 2008, the appellant has come up with this

appeal.

3. Admittedly, Shabila Jasmin has attained majority.

Hence, the quondam child is no longer governed by the

provisions of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890. Therefore,

nothing further survives in the appeal.

Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous in

MFA.No.53 OF 2012

view of the fact that Shabila Jasmin has attained majority.

All pending Interlocutory Applications are also dismissed.
