THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON

 WP(C).No.14040 OF 2013(D)

                                        -2-

                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 15th day of January 2021

When this matter was called today, the

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that he has not obtained any instructions from

his client, as to the developments during the

last seven years.

I notice that this matter was filed as early

as in the year 2013, seeking that Ext.P1

application be considered by the second

respondent. However, there is nothing on record

to show what happened in the last seven years;

and therefore, I am of the view that no further

orders can be issued in this writ petition on

account of efflux of time.

I, therefore, close this writ petition,

however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to

seek a rehearing, if any further orders are

required.
