We have interacted with the alleged detenue, who is

produced before us today. We have also interacted with the

mother, after she was allowed to converse with the detenue

for more than one hour. The alleged detenue at the first

instance and after conversing with his mother, was definite

that he has left the house on his own will and desire. He

categorically submits that he is not under any illegal

detention. He has converted to Islam and he is living

alone and running a clinic, is the submission.

In such circumstances, the W.P(Crl) is closed.
