                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of January 2021

The petitioner herein submitted Ext.P4

application requesting to permit him to rejoin. It was

dated 01.12.2020.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, no

orders have been passed on it till now.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned standing counsel for the K.S.R.T.C

Adv.Sri. T.P sajan.

I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition

itself, with direction to the first respondent to

take up Ext.P4 and pass appropriate orders on it in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at

any rate, within a period of one month from the date

of production of a copy of this judgment.
