                                    JUDGMENT

Dated this the 12th day of January, 2021

Registrar-in-charge of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University,

Thiruvananthapuram has filed a counter affidavit dated 6.1.2021 along

with list of students of 2015-2019 batch as on 17.7.2019 and 11.6.2020,

who had appeared and passed examinations.

2. Mr. S. Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the appellant

disputes the contents of the same. However, seeks permission to

withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to raise all tenable points on the

report, filed along with counter affidavit dated 6.1.2021.

3. Permission is granted. Writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Having regard to the prayers sought for, writ petitioner is

permitted to seek for early disposal of the writ petition.
