No.435/2017 on the files of the Additinal District Judge, Manjeri pending final disposal

of this original petition.


    This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the affidavit
filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of M/S NAVANEETH.N.NATH
& N.RAJI, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following
                                        ORDER

Admitted.

Issue notice by speed post to respondents, returnable within two weeks. After considering the averments in the memorandum of original petition, the materials on record, and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am satisfied that all further proceedings in E.P. 435/2017 of the Additional District Judge, Manjeri has to be stayed. Hence, I stayed E.P No.435/2017, for a period of one month.
