        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of
judgment of remand dated 17.01.2019 in AS 190/2016 of the IInd
Additional District Court Kollam which arose from the judgment and
decree in OS 184/2010 on the file of Munsiff Court South Paravur, till the
disposal of the above FAO(RO) for the ends of justice.


         This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
order dated 22-12-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
