Dated this the 23rd day of February 2021

When the matter was taken up, it was submitted by the learned counsel for

the respondents that the original petition is not maintainable. Learned counsel

for the petitioner after taking instructions submitted that , she may be permitted

to withdraw the original petition reserving her right to seek appropriate relief in

accordance with law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn keeping open

the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law.
