31.01.2020 passed by the Addl. District Judge -V, Ernakulam in O.S.40/2012
pending disposal of the above appeal.
   This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

There shall be an interim stay of operation of judgment dated 31.01.2020 of Additional District Judge -V ,Ernakulam in O.S.No.40/2012 for a period of two months.
