Sri Mohan Jacob George, learned counsel appearing for

the appellant submits that based on the instructions of the

appellant, counsel for the appellant has filed I.A.No.1/2021

dated 15.02.2021 in this case and that the above writ appeal may

thus be dismissed as withdrawn by the appellant.

2. The prayer in the above referred I.A.No.1/2021 filed

by the counsel for the appellant for and on behalf of the

appellant reads as follows;

"... ... ... to allow the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the above writ appeal without prosecution of the same on merits in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, it is ordered that I.A.No.1/2021 filed by

the learned counsel for the appellant seeking permission to

withdraw the writ appeal will stand disposed of and the above
