files of Court of Munsiff, Taliparamba, Thalassery pending disposal of above Crl.M.C.

    This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and this court's

order dated 01/02/2021 in Crl.M.A.1/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

M.SASINDRAN and SATHEESHAN ALAKKADAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of

 GRASHIOUS KURIAKOSE and .PRANOY K.KOTTARAM, Advocates for R1 and the

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for          R2 the court passed the following:
