                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is conducting a hotel, has

submitted Ext.P1 application for classification of the

restaurant as classified restaurant. It is stated that

the said application was received on 11.01.2020.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to take appropriate action

for conducting inspection and for passing subsequent

orders and finalising the proceedings in accordance

with law within a period of one month from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
