      This contempt of Court Case (Civil) having come up for orders on
 19/02/2021, the Court on the same day passed the following:-
                                       O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date the

retiral benefits are not paid to the petitioner. This contempt case was

pending before this Court for more than 3 years. Even though it was

submitted that an affidavit is placed before this Court explaining the

reasons as to the non-compliance of the directions in judgment, the

affidavit is not in the files. A reply affidavit is seen filed by the

petitioner.

For verification and to file a fresh affidavit by the respondent as

to the steps that have taken after the passing of the judgment in question

and the development that have taken place, post the matter on
