(Revenue) submits that a short time may be granted to get instruction from the

respondent-District Collector to ascertain as to whether the directions in

Anneuxre A1 judgment dated 1.6.2020 in W.P(C)No.10663/2020 so as to consider

and obtain the decision on the petition dated 4.3.2020 (Ext.P16 in W.P(C)) has

been complied with after obtaining a detailed report in the matter from the

competent authority and that further instructions and directions be given to the

respondent District Collector to ensure the duly compliance of the directions

contained in the judgment as above.
