   Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay
the execution of the judgment and decree dated 27.1.2020 in
A.S.No.150/2017 of the Court of the District Judge, Kozhikode
filed against the decree and judgment dated 27.02.2017 in
O.S.No.741/2014 on the files of the Additional Munsiff-I,
Kozhikode, till the disposal of this appeal, in the interest
of justice.

    This application again coming on for orders upon perusing
the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,
and this court's order dated 15-01-2021 and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S. SANTHARAM P., REKHA ARAVIND, PAUL P.
