 Con.Case(C).No.2166 OF 2020

                                         2

                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 18th day of February 2021

When this matter was called today, the learned Senior

Government Pleader submitted that the directions in the

judgment dated 05.12.2019 in W.P.(C) No.33065/2019 has been

complied with and that the order of the Local Level Monitoring

Committee has been placed on record, along with memo dated

17.02.2021.

2. Sri.Praveen K.Joy, the learned counsel for the

petitioner, however, still tried to press this case, contending

that the new order issued by the LLMC is contrary to law and

to the established facts.

3. However, it is now well established that this Court

cannot look into the merits of the order now passed by the

LLMC in a contempt of court case and that the petitioner must

invoke appropriate remedies, if he chooses to do so, in terms of

law.

In the afore circumstances, this contempt case is closed;

reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the

LLMC as per law.
