Read the order dated 27.01.2021.

The report submitted in this matter by the

Taluk Legal Services Committee shows that there is

compliance of the judgment. Therefore, I find no

reason to review the contempt case. However, if the

petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings holding

that entire encroachment has been removed from PWD

Road, he is free to take up the matter in

appropriate manner. Accordingly, the review petition

is dismissed.
