     THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
17.02.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                         JUDGMENT

The petitioner retired from KSRTC. The grievance

of the petitioner is that, he was not paid monthly

pension with arrears, staff welfare fund, DCRG,

commuted value of pension, leave surrender and other

available benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the

learned standing counsel for the KSRTC assured that

the entire amounts due to the petitioner can be

disbursed within a period of three months. This is

recorded and the Writ Petition is closed, directing the

respondents to release the entire amounts due to the

petitioner as the terminal benefits, within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, failing which the petitioner will be entitled to

seek appropriate relief. It is further made clear that

the right of the petitioner to challenge the quantum of

payment, if the petitioner is dissatisfied with the WP(C).No.1775 OF 2021(V)

amount paid, is reserved.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed, with above

directions.
