                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of February 2021

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

(i) To issue a Writ of mandamus, Other Writ, Order or direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of Exhibit P2 in accordance with law within a time to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is presently working

as Cluster Co-ordinator at Chengannoor. Pointing out that

vacancies are available at Chavara, Karunagapally and Kundara in

Kollam district, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P2

representation seeking an accommodation in any of the available

vacancies. It is submitted that Ext.P1 Medical Certificate has also

been appended with the representation and that the request of

the petitioner is therefore liable to be considered.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there WP(C).No.3954 OF 2021

will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P2

representation preferred by the petitioner and to pass orders

thereon, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of

a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
