                                JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner-plaintiff in OS

275/2019 seeks for is, a direction to the Munsiff's Court, Tirur for an expeditious disposal of the

suit.

2. The suit is one for specific performance.

The report called for through the Registry

indicates that the defendant had filed written

statement only on 12.06.2020.

In the circumstances, I dispose of this

original petition directing the trial court to make

every endeavour to have the suit OS 275/2019

disposed of within a period of 10 months from

today.
