THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
11.02.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C).No.2640 OF 2021(D)
                                    2

                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11th day of February 2021

The petitioner herein is the permit holder of a

stage carriage permit for Kadakkal - Kadakkal route

in relation to stage carriage No.KL 24 C 8300.

Contending that, due to the existing timing the

commuters are facing difficulties and that the

petitioner is also experiencing many difficulties, an

application was submitted as Ext.P2 for revision of

timings. The grievance of the petitioner is that

Ext.P2 application has not been taken up, heard and

disposed of in spite of considerable delay.

2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the

petitioner and learned Senior Government Pleader, I

am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself with a

direction that Ext.P2 application shall be taken up

and considered by the respondent after giving a WP(C).No.2640 OF 2021(D)

reasonable opportunity of being heard to all other

existing en-route operators within six weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
