                                    JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of February 2021

This contempt petition is filed complaining

that the directives contained in the judgment in

W.P.(C)No.37707/2016 dated 30.11.2016 is not

complied with.

2. However, today when the matter is taken up,

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the subject matter of the issue was settled by and

between the petitioner and the Kerala Water

Authority. Therefore, I do not find any reason to

pursue the contempt case any further.

The Contempt of Court case is closed,

accordingly.
