                           JUDGMENT

Petitioners claim to be the Office

Bearers of some Association to protect the

Taluk Hospital. The issue raised in the writ

petition therefore be only of public

interest.

Therefore it is for the petitioners

to move a public interest litigation in the

prescribed form. Accordingly, petitioners

are given liberty to file the writ petition

as public interest litigation, in case they

fulfill all the parameters.

              Accordingly,    the      writ   petition   is
