                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of February 2021

The petitioner filed this petition seeking

for a direction to the Judicial First Class

Magistrate Court-II, Kochi to dispose of M.C.No.71 of

2018 at the earliest.

2. This petition was filed for maintenance of

two minor children. Though this M.C (71 of 2018) is

pending from 2018 onwards, it has not been disposed

of yet. On the filing of this petition, a report has

been called for from the court concerned. The learned

the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kochi

has sought for six months time to dispose of the

case.

3. Considering the entire facts involved in this

case, I think that the time sought for appears to be

quite reasonable. Accepting the said report, this

O.P(Crl) can be disposed of.

Therefore, the learned Judicial First Class OP(Crl.).No.394 OF 2020

Magistrate Court-II, Kochi is directed to dispose

M.C.No.71 of 2018 pending within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
