                              JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, the

learned Standing Counsel for the respondent,

Shri.Robson Paul, submitted that an affidavit

has been filed by his client, along with

which, Ext.R1 proceedings of the Vice

Chancellor has been produced. He, therefore,

submitted that the directions in the judgment

have been fully complied with.

In the afore circumstances, I close this

contempt case recording the afore submissions;

however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to

deal with Annexure R1 in any manner, as he may

be advised, as per law.
