 WP(C).No.26502 OF 2017(K) 2

                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 9th day of February 2021

The petitioner has made a challenge in the writ petition as

he could not have been appointed as Technical Assistant despite

the fact that he is a holder of B.Tech in Computer Science and

Engineering.

2. After going through the paper book, this Court called

for the counsel to point out the notification fixing the

qualifications for filling up the post of Technical Assistant. The

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the notification has not

been placed on record.

3. At this stage, Sri.B.Harish Kumar, the learned

Government Pleader submits that the notification has been

placed on record as Ext.R2(a).

4. Sri.Krishna Prasad submits that this notification does

not pertain to qualification. In the absence of any material on

record, it would not be possible for this Court to decide the

matter. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with

liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with liberty aforesaid.
