                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of February 2021

Heard both sides.

The petition was filed for directing the DRT-Ernakulam to dispose

of the Securitisation Application No. 227 of 2020 filed under Section

17 of the SARFAESI Act on the very next date of hearing. This Court is

not knowing the constraints of DRT - I Ernakulam where SA No.

227/2020 is pending. However, at the same time, considering the

facts and situations of the instant case, it is expected of the DRT-I

Ernakulam to decide the SA No. 227/2020.

Hence the petition is disposed of with a request to the DRT-I

Ernakulam to decide the SA as per its turn, expeditiously.
