                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner-wife seeks for transfer of OP

310/2020 pending on the files of the Family Court

at Muvattupuzha to the Family Court at Thodupuzha.

2. OP 310/2020 is filed by the respondent-

husband seeking a decree of divorce. The petitioner

is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family

Court at Thodupuzha. There is another proceeding

between the parties pending before the Family Court

at Thodupuzha as OP 227/2020. There are two

children born in the wedlock who are presently

minors aged 3 years and 7 years respectively and

are with the petitioner-wife. In the circumstances,

I am of the opinion that the transfer as sought for Tr. P.(C) No.512 of 2020

can be granted.

In the result this transfer petition is

allowed. OP 310/2020 pending on the files of the

Family Court at Muvattupuzha, will stand withdrawn

and transferred to the Family Court at Thodupuzha.
