                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of February 2021

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

counsel appearing for the respondent Panchayat.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

that against the proposal to terminate the service of the

petitioner and to appoint another daily wage employee to his

post, the petitioner has moved Ext. P3 representation before the

Panchayat.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Panchayath

submits that the said representation will be considered in

accordance with law, without delay. There will, accordingly, be a

direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass

orders in Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner and to

pass orders thereon within a period of one month from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such time, the WP(C).No.3087 OF 2021

petitioner shall be permitted to continue in service.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
