                          JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed in the

year 2012 seeking that the petitioner be

allowed to continue in service till the age

of 60.

Obviously, therefore, this writ petition

has now become infructuous since even at the

time when it was filed, the petitioner was 56

years of age and that she has now crossed 60.

This writ petition is, therefore, closed

without any further orders.
