        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the decree and judgment passed in O.S.45/2016 of the Additional
   Subordinate Judge's Court,Kottayam dated 14-9-2018,pending disposal of the
   appeal.
        This Application     again coming    for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 8.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.SOORAJ
