        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the passing of
   final decree pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 23.09.2020 in
   AS.NO.11 of 2016 on the files of Sub Court,Perumbavoor, and the judgment
   and decree in OS.17/2014 on the files of the Munsiff's Court,Kolenchery,
   pending disposal of this Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 26.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.GIRIJA K
   GOPAL, SMT.K.N.VIGY, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.RADHAKRISHNA
   PILLAI G., Advocate for the respondent1, the court passed the following:
