        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to Pass
   an interim order staying the operation of Exhibit P6 common judgment dated
   March 10, 2021 in C.M.A numbers 16/2021 and 17/2021 of the court of the
   Additional District Judge-IV, Palakkad.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.JACOB SEBASTIAN & K.V.WINSTON, Advocates for the petitioners, the
   court passed the following:

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondent through speed post.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in I.A. No.1733/2018 in O.S. No.221/2013 on the files of Munsiff Court, Chittur, for two months.
