        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.108 /2006 of Sub Court,
   Ottapalam dated 30.03.2016 and all further proceedings pursuant to the
   said judgment and decree and to pass an ad interim order to that effect
   till the disposal of the above Regular First Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated
