           Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   steps initiated by the 5th respondent herein to evict the petitioner from the occupied
   land.
           This petition coming on for admisssion upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of C.DHEERAJ RAJAN,
   K.ANAND (A-1921), NAVANEETH.N.NATH Advocates for the petitioners and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for R1, R2 and R5, the court passed the following:

Government Pleader takes notice for R1,R2 and R5. Urgent notice before admission by speed post to R3 and R4. Status Quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the bunk in question for a period of ten days.
