        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dtd 15/06/2020 in E.C.C No. 285/2014 on the file of the
   Court of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation (Industrial Tribunal)
   Alappuzha and disbursement of the amount of Rs 1,22,004/- deposited before
   the tribunal till the disposal of this appeal.`

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 08/01/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of BASANT BALAJI,
   Advocates for the applicant and of SMT.V.SHYLAJA and SRI.A.T.ANILKUMAR,
   Advocates for the respondents 2 and 4, the court passed the following:
